Excessive joint popping... I'm 15?!


Question: Excessive joint popping!.!.!. I'm 15!?
self-consciously, I pop just about every joint in my body- neck, back, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, toes, wrists, and two knuckes per finger!. Slight movement can cause something to pop unintentionally!. I tend to pop 1-10 times per hour, depending on if i'm sitting still or not!. When people call me on it, i try and stop but i find it painful and uncomfortable not to!. Is this any kind of health problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its a nervous habit like biting your nails etc!.!.!.you need to stop doing it because you will damage/stretch your tendons and end up with possibly debilitating arthritis and stuff in your hands expecially when you get a little older!.

Please stop!.!.!.find something else to do!.!.even biting your nails is preferable to popping your joints!. It is not really painful and popping joints does not relieve any pain!.!.!.you have conditioned yourself to believe this and have stretched your joints/ligaments!. You are at a high risk of dislocated joints as you age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem and im only 17
i actually have to do it intentionally now
because my joints hurt so much if i dont
apparently it causes arthritis
but yeah
