Question: How do i stop my back pain!. !?
for the past two days i have had really chronic pain in my lower back!. i guess it could be period pain but ive never ever had it this bad before and ive had pain killers and hot water bottles but nothing is helping!
please give me some ideas!.

If you have a large exercise ball these are great for really stretching your back and you have more ability to flex more of your back!. I lay on my back on mine and stretch with my head and feet on the floor!. Anything that lets you extend the muscles (may hurt) but should over time help you hold less tension in your backWww@Answer-Health@Com
If you can find any medicine which contains extract of the Boswella plant, probably in the form of an oil or ointment, that would help!.

Go to the doctor!. they can give you a stronger anti-inflammatory medication!. Flexerol helps!. Rest one day then try to get some movement in the following days but take it easy!. If you lay for more than one or two days your back muscles start to hurt from disuse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
