Question about oxycodone?!
Question: Question about oxycodone!?
My doctor prescribed 5 mg oxycodone there in a capsule (imprint on them is Ethex 041)!. Is it safe to take half the meds out and only take half in the capsule!? Reason for this is because I was on vicodin before this and I didn't like the feeling 2 vicodin gave me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

some capsules you can pull apart, I suggest doing so over a table or plate!.!.!.!. dump out some powder then reclose and swallow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if it is in capsule form, you cannot cut it in half!.!.!. if it is a TABLET, which it usually is, you can definitely take half of it!. Just be sure to follow the directions on the pill bottle and adjust it appropriately if you're only taking half the dose!. Don't exceed the recommended dosage!.!.!. but vicodin and oxycodone are not the same medication, so it might be different!. Check with your doctor if the med he gave you is too strong!. If narcotics upset your stomach or make you feel weird, there are lots of other non-narcotic options available!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I cant take vicodin because it makes me feel queasy but I was able to take the oxycodone!. Maybe it will not make you feel bad!. Be sure to eat something first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i guess u can cut it in half!. just make u sure u keep the other half by itself and not with the other pills!. find a new little baggy or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
