What can I do to feel better today?!


Question: What can I do to feel better today!?
I only had 3 hours of sleep last night and I just can't nap because of things I have to do!. I have had 2 mugs of coffee, I get jittery if I drink more than that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pam, I understand what you are experiencing !.!.!. I have those nights frequently!. I just try to keep busy, try some deep breathing to get the oxygen to your brain (helps wake you up), and maybe take a couple of 15 minute "power naps" during the day!. I do the power nap thing occasionally!. I set my timer and when it goes off, I get up and move around again!. So far it hasn't disturbed my sleep at night!.

Hope this helps out!. It can be a real bummer when you have a few of those nights in a row!. You're walking around like a zombie!.

Pam, I have those nights too!. Just try to eat something and try to get some type of exercise!. Keep busy and it will be bedtime before you know it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
