Question: Does the cartilage piercing hurt!?
Right i know that apparently that after it will hurt loads for a while but I'm wondering whether it hurts when there piercing it!? I want to know what to expect on Saturday :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes I cant deny it does, They hurt when they are done, plus for a few weeks they are very tender!.
be careful to look after them and clean them properly, chances of infection in these peircings are much higher and much harder to clear up due to the low bloodflow in the area!.

Well it should hurt because it is a peircing, but because the skin is quite thick it should hurt alot more than a regular ear piercing!. It all depends on your pain threshold!. It hurt me but i didn't regret it one bit :) if your thinking about getting it done i would recommend it, the pain is something that lasts under a second =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
When i had mine done i heard a crunch as the needle went through!. The pain was minimal due to the ice and afterwards it didn't give me half so much trouble as i was expecting!.I found that the middle of my lobe half way up my ear was the most painful piercing i've ever had ( that included nipples etc) Have fun on saturday ! : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
It totally depends on the person, different people have different reactions to the actual piercing!. But it does hurt after you get it done and will feel tender so you can't sleep on it!. But its not unbearable just uncomfortable

I had the top of my ear pierced when i was 11, it didnt hurt that much but i couldnt lie on that side for months and it didnt heal properly for a year but it was worth it lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on whether or not you take pain easily or not!. It hurts for like a month or more depending on how you take care of it!. Make sure to clean it and everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Neither one of mine hurt, honestly, at the time of peircing!. What hurts is when it is fresh and you catch your hair brush on it or if you lay on it wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Everybody is different on their pain level!. Mine hurt a little during the piercing (less than my regular ear piercings though) and then throbbed a bit for an hour or so afterward!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
