Oh, that really sucks first off, but try some yoga!.
Sit cross legged and put your left hand on the outside of your right knee and twist right and then repeat the other way!. This should crack your back but make sure you keep you back straight at all times!.
You can also try laying flat on your back!.
Also there is a pose called the child's pose!. Where you lay flat on the ground and you hug your knees in towards your chest!. This should this releases the back and it should align the disks in your spin and should ease the pain!.
Over all anything forward bending will do this!. Also try standing straight and hang forward towards your feet!. Do not strain anything!. Relax all parts of your body as your head and arms dangle and hang towards the floor!.
Hope this helps!
And if all else fail, you should see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep on doing those stretches!. Apply ice or heat
to the sore area!. Im a massage therapist and you
should think about having an upper body massage:neck,
back, and shoulders!. Or, visit the chiropractor!. Make
sure to use good posture and drink a lot of water!.
You'd be surprised how well it works on your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't stretch it you will make it worse massage it with pain killer like ibuprofen or deep heat gel until it absorbed and cover it and you can just sleep in a flat place and restWww@Answer-Health@Com

simple movement working with breathing!.
Sitting in a chair, move forward so your back does not touch the back of the chair!.
Place the palms of your hands on thier corresponding knees!.
As you inhale raise one arm forward and straight up over your head!.
Take your arm back as far as is comfortable - behind your ear if possible - feeling the stretch on that side of the front of your torso and all the way down to your belly!.
As you exhale return your palm to your knee!.
Repeat this exercise on the same side a few times waiting to feel the sensations in the front of your body!.
Then repeat the same way on the other side!.
Next place your palms together in front of your heart!.
As you inhale pull your shoulder blades towards each other!.
Expand your chest horizontally and open your palms outward until they move behind your shoulders!.
At the same time lift your chest up slightly and away from your belly feeling the stretch in the front of your torso!.
As you exhale return to your starting position with your palms together in front of your heart!.
Repeat this several times
use your arms as levers!.
You accomplish this by using exhalation to push (the middle of your chest) forward!.
Sitting forward on a chair, place both palms on your knees!.
As you inhale lift your chest upward, stretching the front of your torso while pulling backwards gently on your knees with your hands!.
As you exhale pull a bit more strongly backwards with your arms while pulling your shoulder blades towards each other and pushing your upper back forward!.
Repeat a few times and then relax!.
Your arms can be used as levers when they are raised over your head or when your hands are behind your back!.
Always works for me but be cautious in any type of exercise you do!. Hope this helps and hope it wasn't too long winded but a a friend gave me this and it has helped me tremendously with my upper back painWww@Answer-Health@Com
