My mom has really bad headaches and she took cool lettuce leaves from the fridge and put them on her forehead!.!. and tied it tightly!. I know it sounds weird and it might not smell too good, but it helps some!. You could prevent these headaches by wearing something warm on your head in winter!. This really helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like a migraine to me!. Put some ice on your head (wherever the ache may be)!. Avoid noise and light!. Chances are you won't get much sleep tonight, so plan on feeling tired tommorrow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
