Answers:
Well, there is a 4 g limit on how much tylenol you can safely take in a day!. If you took 2 extra strength tylenol in the morning and afternoon, you are at 2 g (there is 1/2 g of tylenol in each extra strength tablet)!. I know that there is no more than 1 g in 2 tylenol sinus!. That will bring you up to a max of 3 g, well below the 4 g limit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check the dosing instructions on the packages!. Don't exceed recommended doses!. If you are taking maximum strength, then it is likely that you cannot combine the two!. If the prescribed time is exceeded, then you can take a dose of the other just as you could of the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can as long you do not exceed the amount of active ingredient (acetaminophen) a 4/24 hour period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you can tylenol can be taken every 4 hours regardless!. You will be fine the only difference is one is just acetaminophen and the other is the same with some kind of decongestant

EDIT though i wouldent take more than 4 doses or so in a day if your still in pain take ibuprofen fortunately with pain meds you can mix and match without worrying about conflict or overdose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
