Question: Bad foot cramps, help me!!?
ok suddenly at random times on random days my foot will suddenly cramp up! its SO annoying! whats wrong with me!? it hurts and when i feel it the muscell ,when i get the cramp to try to rub it out, its all stiff and hard and i can barely walk on it when it cramps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard potassium helps!. Make sure you're eating bananas or potatoes (which actually have more potassium than bananas)!. Try to keep your feet warm, and if a cramp strikes, stretch it out gently instead of rubbing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Make sure you drink lots of water and try taking potassium and magnesium!. This should get rid of the cramps!. Sounds like you are getting charlie horses in your foot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
