I have a headache, nasuea and an constantly tired what is wrong with me?!


Question: I have a headache, nasuea and an constantly tired what is wrong with me!?
I have feelt this way for a while and it hasn't gotten any better!. My forhead feels like it is on fire, I've taken my temperature dozens of times and its highest is 98!.7 and it isn't even high enough to be the flu!.!.!.!.I need to know what is wrong with me!.
