I started having a problem like that when I was much younger!. Months and months went by and I woke up with such strong nausea that lasted, occasionally, throughout the day!. However, my mother had no insurance for me, so I never got to see a doctor about it!.
After nearly a year, I recognized a little bit of a pattern: I got nauseas when I got less than 5 hours of sleep, or when I didn't sleep well!. I noticed this when on the off-chance that I woke up nauseas and couldn't leave my bed from it, or I fell asleep next to a toilet, after 2-3 hours of sleep I was fine!.
You could be sleep-deprived!

Try buying an over the counter antacid, say Zantac, to see if it helps!. Are you drinking alot of soda or eating lot of acidic foods!? The Zantac will help make you "burp" and see if that helps!. You could just try a soda like Sprite to see if it settles your tummy!. The sore throat is probably from the stomach acid coming up, that's why I think an antacid will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had problems with nausea for a long time and it turned out to be dietary!. I had allergies to lots of things, gluten, tomatoes, certain meats!. Have you started any new medications or birth control!? Allergies can pop up at any time!. Try to fiddle with your diet to see if it's that!. Also, sure you're not pregnant!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
