oh wow 11!? i had only four and i was in so much pain even after days of having them put in!. =/
take motrin/ibuprofin, it really helps the pain and since it also helps inflamation it will be more of a relief for you because your gums are probably also a bit swollen like mine were!. besides that theres not much else you can do except wait it out and eat soft foods until your mouth gets used to them!. when i got my braces on they really bothered by teeth too for the first week or two, so keep that motrin close by! feel better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My son had spacers and he had a lot of pain for about 24 hrs, he also dribbled a lot and didn't even realise it at the time!. Keep taking Paracetamol or equivalent as per dosage recommendation!. If you are still in a lot of pain 24 hrs later then I suggest ring your orthodontist for further advice!. It should begin to wear off though!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spacers is only the beginning, you do feel pressure between your teeth, but once it comes having braces is hurts more and gives a lot more pressure!.
the pain last for a week or 2!.
try to sleep more, your teeth moves faster while rested and not knowing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sucks, doesn't it!? Give it a couple of days!.!.!.shifting teeth are one of the most annoying things! I remember the spacers, then I remember the first set of braces!.!.!.the first couple of days were difficult! Can't eat anything that requires chewing!!

Gotta man it up!.!.!.wish I could give better advice!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
