Question: Pain Down Back Of Leg Please Help!?
Hey
I am 14 years old and 2days ago at school i had physical education
I started the lesson with a full on sprint 1 vs 1 with no warm up and my legs really hurt after this
It stopped hurting after a short while
Now where the leg bends at the back it hurts if i put it in certain positions or of i put to much pressure on it
there is no bruise and the pain is not that bad but i wish to resume free running again
please cold someone give me a idea with whats up with my leg and how to make it better
