take a hot shower and let the water beat down on it!.!.!.take a coulple of ibuprophens and just try to relax!.!.hopefully it will subside!.!.!.if you dont have to do to much today and have heating pad too, use that for 10-15 minute peroids every few hours!.!.!.!.
if it gets extreme or anything, since you didnt state to how or why it hurt, you may need to see a doc for xrays!.!.!.if it is just from just achiness!.!.!.resting should help it out some!.
