You have to figure out if it is a sprain or worse!.
Take you arm and slam it against a cement wall 3 times!.
If you don't pass out, it's just a sprain!.
Get a 5 gallan bucket!.
Fill it half way with snow, and the other half with water!.
Then put your arm in it up to your shoulder!.
15 minutes in, 15 minutes out for about 3 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
