Is scalding seen as a wound? ?!

Question: Is scalding seen as a wound!? !?
In terms of law, I know a wounding requires there to have been a break in the surface of the skin - both layers of the skin and is therefore seen to be an open wound, usually with blood loss!.

I was wondering though, would scalding be seen as a wound!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes!. Scalding leads to nerve loss or damage if its 3rd degree burns!. If it's 1st or 2nd, the skin bubbles and blisters and the skin then breaks open making anyone susceptible to infection!. So yes!.!.!.scalding is a wound and it is also considered to be a malicious type of crime!. I'm not sure what the exact term is, but I know it would be under Assault & Battery at the very least!. Someone COULD be charged with attempted murder, but it all depends on the severity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
