You might not be drinking enough water!. Your knees need synovial fluid in the sponge that is in between the joints!. When the sponge drys ups it is like a sponge that has no water in it!. Therefore there is no protection in between both bones!. Then it causes friction and friction causes inflamation!. There is a product on the market called Haulauronic Acid that will also put that fluid back in the sponges in the joints, or at least help you maintain the fluid in the sponge!. Just make sure you are drinking the right amount of water daily!. If not find that product and try it!. My husband uses it and it stopped his knees from hurting altogether!. Hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you stretch before and after running, good leg exercises will strengthen your bones/muscles as well!.

Also make sure you are wearing running shoes, Adidas makes awesome running shoes in my opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I'm done running my hip and ankle joints are sore!. But I have only recently started up jogging again so my muscles are not used to it yet!. But even though I've just started I've never got swelling!. Plenty of soreness but never swelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure that the insole on your shoes is not worn out!. A good pair of running shoes will make all the difference in the worldWww@Answer-Health@Com
