Question: How can I get rid of a sore back without going to the chiropractor !?
Yesterday my back started hurting on and off all day!. I don't know why I didn't fall or anything!. I figured it was just a kink so I had my roommate walk on it because I heard that helps!. Then last night when I went to bed it got worse!. I sleep normal in my normal bed!. Does anyone know any ways to help me get rid of itWww@Answer-Health@Com
