im the SAME!! when i read about things going wrong with the body and stuff, I can sometimes feel really faint and sick!.Its all in your mind though, its cause you are thinking "its gross, this is bad" and we all are so dependant on our bodies and yet they give the impression of being uncontrollable - if something is going to go wrong, we cant call someone up who is responsible and give them hell, we are at the mercy of the tiny things called cells!. Just know that its allin your head, dont worry about it!. I find that on some days its worse than others, but when I was reading about auto immune disease the other day I literally felt so sick but I forced myself to carry on because I needed to read about it cause I had a few symptoms - (have now realized that I definitely dont have auto immine disease), but yeah what u feel is an extension of a perfectly normal reaction but i think u might have to work to get over it though as ur in the habit of reacting that way just take it easy and remind urself that you are in control of the way you feel!.

I have poor circulation in my hands and when I was reading about the effects of that and smoking (i smoke) I literally felt like I was gonna fall off my chair it was as if I was imagining it all going wrong in my body at once and all the effects ot could have, when I am alone and reading stuff like that even tho I am 23 I cant held but groan out load!. I know what ur talking about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had this on occasion but not half as bad as you!. Talk to your school nurse about it!. Maybe they can make it so you can have a bottle of water or a snack with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
