5 hour or 6 hour engry shots are not something I would necessarily consider healthy!. If you havent drank them before you have to be very careful!. If you dont drink coffee or any other energy drinks you have to be extra careful!. They can cause palpitations (your heart to beat very fast almost feeling like it's coming out of your chest), irritability, dependence, crash (your body gets very tired after being so hyper)!.
So try not to make it a habbit!. Lastly, give yourself a test dose!.!.!.drink only half a shot first and give yourself 30 minutes to see how you respond!.
