My calf is paining I think?!

Question: My calf is paining I think!?
The upper part of my leg, I'm not sure if its called calf, but its right at the thighs, and to the inner thigh (upper part)!. It pains like anything!.

When I sit on the chair and I put both my legs together, it pains like anything!. When I sleep on my bed, it also pains when I flex it!.

What can I do!? It happened after I went for a game of hockey and maybe fell on my calf I guess!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your calf is the lower back of your leg!. The upper inner is the groin!. It's strained!. Take tylenol and stretch as best you can!. It's the "good" pain that comes from exercising!

I just read a m's response!. YOU DO NOT HAVE A BLOOD CLOT! That's ridiculous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the doctor, you could have a straigned muscle, pulled tendon, or just sore, possibly have a blood clot, only if you injured yourself, if its the latter, it could be like threatening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
