Just spent the last 5 hours..?!


Question: Just spent the last 5 hours!.!.!?
trying to sleep, it is now 7am and i don't know what to do anymore!.
I've lay here for 5 hours feeling extremely tired and sleepy, but i just wont sleep!. I've been like this for weeks now and i can't stand it anymore :'(
I never get enough sleep and i have loads of nights when i dont sleep, and i hate feeling like crap all day because of it!. Even after a night of no sleep the next night is still a struggle!.
Please help what can i do!? :(
i will go to the doctors soon, but what can i do just now!?

Do NOT get hooked on Tylenol PM, Advil PM, Benedryl, or Nyquil!. Before you know it, you'll need the whole bottle!. They're sooo addictive!.
Have you tried warm milk before bed!? It really does help millions!.

Next, get some Melatonin from any drug store!. It's a vitamin, so it's very safe!. 3Mg's before bed should knock you out!.

Next, see your doctor!. There are three new meds out that are safe!. Ambien CR not only puts you to sleep, but keeps you asleep!. Then there's Lunesta and Rozerem!.

Next step is seeing a psychiatrist!. They are so smart!. They go to school an extra 4 years, and when it comes to meds and insomnia, they know about things that a regular doctor would never come up with!. I know what I'm talking about, Sweetie!. There IS help for you!. I promise!.

Sounds like you're having some insomnia troubles!. It's perfectly normal, although extremely annoying!.

Suggestions to help you sleep: take a warm bath or shower before bed!. The change in temperature will make you tired!.

Don't wear socks or cover your feet!. As stupid as it sounds I read somewhere that it prevents the temperature change your body needs in order to feel sleepy!.

Try drinking some tea!. There are certain brands dedicated to sleep

You might be stressed!. Try to do something before bed to relieve it!.

You also might want to check out your diet!. Some foods and drinks make it harder to sleep!.

Exercise is also good and will make you tired at night enough to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have alot running through your mind when you are trying to sleep!? Try very hard not to think about anything or think about unimportant monotonous things (i!.e!. counting sheep!.!.!.it sounds silly but can actually work)!. Sounds like you could also use an otc sleep aid!. They all have the same active ingredient!.!.!.Diphenhydramine!. Tylenol PM has 25mg per 2, Advil PM has 38mg per 2!. If you don't want the extra pain killer you can get it without that or just take a Benadryl which has the same active ingredient!.!.!. Diphenhydramine 25mg!.
Also I'm pretty sure they have melonin supplements!.!.!.which is a natural sleep chemical produced in the bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

simple solutions are to drink milk (possibly warm if you desire) before sleeping; this will produce neurotransmitters that affect your levels of sleepiness, and catch up on some reading right before sleeping to kind of force your sleepiness in!. exercising throughout the day will also make you feel more inclined to sleep as the night approaches!. don't drink alcohol before sleeping, this will do nothing to improve your biological clock!.

of course, going to the doctor is just as advisable so that maybe he can prescribe some sleeping pills for you, or inform you of any other method!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem, i take sleeping aids it helps me fall asleep fast, if that don't help i would ,like you said, go to the doctors!.!.!.my dad went and they sent him to this sleep disorder place to watch him sleep and he found out that he is not breathing right when he sleeps and his body wakes him up!.!.!.!.

I just watched a thing about a little boy whos mind wouldn't let him sleep!. He was diagnosed with something rare and had to get surgery!. Thats prob not going to happen, but in morning go to docter!. Try taking nice warm bath, circulating air, sleeping more comfy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
