Question: At home teeth whitener!?
I have a real problem with my teeth!. I'm scared to smile sometimes because of the color of my teeth!. Is it possible it got that from drinking coffee!. Does anyone know of a teeth whitening solutions that i can do at home that won't cost more then 10 dollars!. Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably won't get much success with something under $10!. I have tried baking soda and peroxide both together and separately!. The baking soda by itself worked a little, but it doesn't remove difficult stains!. I don't know if you have ever put hydrogen peroxide into your mouth - it tastes awful and its hard to keep in in for more than a few seconds, so i couldn't use this by itself!. If you mix hydrogen peroxide with baking soda inside your mouth, the baking soda masks the awful taste of peroxide, but it bubbles so much that it can come out of your nose!.

Baking soda!. Use it as a toothpaste!. It will gently scrub away stains!. Use hydrogen peroxide rinse!. It will also whiten teeth over time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best whitening is baking soda and peroxide with tartar protection with fresh mint taste toothpaste!. And good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
