I cant get to sleep, how can i wind down at night?!

A hot bath and a warm milky drink like hot chocolate usually does it for me and some relaxing classical music on very quite while I try to doze off!. The bath makes you feel very tired normally anyway so by the time you've had your drink you should be ready to sleep!. Hope you get some sleep!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to go for a run or a walk atleast 2 miles around 2 hours before ya get ready for bed go for a nice hot soak in the bath when ya come home around half hour before bed, then youl get 2 sleep pretty goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your mind will work for whatever you are doing, so if you are watching an action flick before you go to bed it will be racing!. My best answer would be to read and or calm your mind in what you find relaxing!. Take a bubble bath or listen to soothing music!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

listening to my ipod always puts me to sleep! i put it really low so i can just hear it and no more :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
