Question: I wasn't sure if this was the right category for this question but whatever!?
I have this problem where my gag reflex is so bad that it's making it hard for me to brush my teeth!. It's not really an issue with other activities but provides a serious challenge in this area of my life because these days I seem to end up puking almost every time I brush, which is two to three times a day!. It's gross, it's annoying and I know it's not healthy!. Is there anything I can do to make it go away!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
(1) Suggest changing your flavor of toothpaste!. (2) You may want to consider brushing less often and using some of the teeth cleaning gum to chew instead!. (3) You may consider not looking in a mirror while you brush the teeth!. The visual image may be adding to the gag feeling!. (4) And finally try to brush the teeth faster!. Do not take as long to do the brushing!. Good Luck !Www@Answer-Health@Com
