What time do you sleep and wake-up?!


Question: What time do you sleep and wake-up!?
If i have college the next day i sleep around 11pm to 12 and wake up at 7!.15am

If i dont have college the next day i will sleep around 1am-2ish, and wake up around 11!.30am!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I sleep 11pm til about 5am on days I have class!. On weekends I get up around 7am!. I try to sleep late but ever since I got out of the Air Force I have been an early riser!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sleep at 10-11PM!. Wake up at 7:30 AM!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
