What are some treatments for a pulled muscle?!


Question: What are some treatments for a pulled muscle!?
My injury is dance related!. The muscles at the bottom of my foot, especially at the ball of the foot are really pulled!. It used to only hurt when I would dance, but now it hurts when I walk!. While dancing the muscles easily cramp and cause me to experience a lot of pain!. I know that the number one treatment is rest but I have intense rehearsals for the next three days, so I need some helpful remedies!. -Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Soak them in warm water not put to much pressure on them, use those icy hot stuff, get good amount of proteins, remain out of stress, AND sleep, pain pills, and ask your doctors for other! Oh yeah forgot STRETCH IT MAY HURT BUT IT HELPS ALONG WITH MASSAGESWww@Answer-Health@Com

RICE IT!!!!!!

R - Rest (As much as you can that is)
I - Ice (20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, helps reduce swelling and pain)
C - Compress (Don't cut off the circulation though)
E - Elevate (Reduce blood flow to foot, helps reduce swelling and pain)

Standard treatment for just about every injury involving pulled/strained muscles, broken or fractured bones, sprains!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

I would actually go to the doctor & ask for ideas!. my mom hurt her foot once & my doctor gave her a list of different stretches & massages that help repair the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had this with my heels playing to many sports!.
When you walk around get some heel softners like Dr Schols or whatever!.
And where those with your shoes!.
