Question: Is it bad for people with high blood pressure to always sleep late!?
Answers:
Well my opinion would be that if someone has high blood pressure instead of sleeping in they should get up and go for a 30 minute walk!.

Exercise is a great way to lower blood pressure so get out of bed and get moving!.

I had high blood pressure and in seven months with diet and exercise (walking an hour a night, 6 night a week), my blood pressure is now perfect and I feel a lot better for it!. I've also lost 15 kilo's which helps as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
