Question: Does anyone take children's benadryl liquid for sleep!?
I take 4 teaspoons of it and it helps me sleep!. Anyone do that, too!? I like it better than Tylenol PM!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ha, ah god if that stuff would help me I would be sleeping right now instead of up and awake, I have been having a sleeping problem for a few days now, I've been up for almost two days!.
