THeres a metal disk inside that you bend back and forth then all the liquid/jell stuff turns into this crystalized stuff and heats up!. I was curious what was in it and how does bending the metal disk make it work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

These can be recharged by boiling the warmers and allowing them to cool!.
