Answers:
yes that is because in your neck should and hand knuckles their is little jelly inside every time you crack it it reduces when you keep on doing that it will reduce and reduce the only way for you to stop that habit is to stop doing it take my advice try it and see how it works start a new habit other than cracking your knuckles i used to do it when I was a kid I felt the same way trust me for someone who experienced it don't crack your knuckles no moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

Something is probably slightly out of line in your upper spine!. I have a lot of trouble with this and crack my neck often!. Especially while motorcycle riding with a heavy helmet on!.

But the only way I can get everything lined up is to lay flat on the bed (no pillow) and grasp my head with both hands, two finger tips on each hand under the lower back edge of my skull and thumbs under my jaw!. I try to relax my neck, completely, pick my head up with my hands, pull up (stretch my neck) and rock my skull forward and backward!. It may click loudly, it may not, but it feels a lot better afterward!.

Perhaps this technique will work for you!.
