Ihave not seen my doctor yet to get explaination, Thanks to anyone who can help me understand!. there is a very slight 1-2 mm retrolisthesis of c2-c3 with exaggeration of the usual lordotic curature through the upper spine!. c2-c3 neural foramina wide patent bilaterally!.c3-c4 there is a high gradeforaminall stenosis on left with mild foraminal narrowing on the right !. c4- c5 there is severe foraminal stensis on the left with mildforaminal stenosis on the right !. c5-c6 there is moderate foraminal stenosis on left!. The MRI means that you'll very likely need surgery to fix your problems if it is giving you severe pain or problems with sensation/walking!. Stenosis is a narrowing of a canal, in this case the canal that your spinal cord and branching nerves pass through!. It is not fixable through physical therapy and will likely progress!.
