What Is Wrong With My Muscle? Please Help!?!


Question: What Is Wrong With My Muscle!? Please Help!!?
I run About 1!.5 miles 4 times a week!. I do weights, but only for my arms!. During A Martial Arts Class today, after 50 push ups and 30 kicks each foot!. Suddenly the muscle right that is on the bottom side of your thigh right before it becomes leg!. Its Basically If you drill a hole in your knee, the place were the drill will come out just ached like crazy on the 31st kick!. It hurt a lot, then only if i moved it, then only if i walked, now, 2 hours later, only when i streach it( which is what the trainer said to do) What can I do to make it better and how should i change my exercise plan temporarily and long-term(I very rarely streach so!.!.) I would ice that area that you most likely strained, 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off!. Wrap a dish towel around an ice pack or a baggie with ice cubes in it!. Stretching is very important to keep your muscles from straining!. I have done massage therapy for 16 years and see many of these injuries!. Range of motion exercises are great to stretch that muscle back into health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably strained your muscle and it can't relax now!. Try heat pads and little massages just to smoothen out ur muscle!. It should clear up in a few days to a week!. You didn't get into an accident or anything, so the damage shouldn't be severeWww@Answer-Health@Com

well the reason ur suposed to stretched is so u dont pull a mussel!.!.!.this happens when you do too much for ur body wen its not prepared for it!.!.!.!.wen it gets better try to stretch more often!!!
