Question: Question about Knee Pain!?
Okay thanks for picking this but i would like to know about my Knee i have bin having pains i think it may be from short burst of running or it might be from scuba diving i live in FL so lots of waves and i am only 14Www@Answer-Health@Com

pain at that young of an age is problematic!. try sitting on your knees with your butt on your heels!. if it hurts doing that, you may have patellar tendonitis!. you've used your knees too much, too hard, and too often, in the water, putting extraenous amounts of force on those kneesWww@Answer-Health@Com
