Question: Hurt in my upper shoulder!!! PLEASE HELP!?
Okay I play Softball and today I was a little sore from practice today and then i went to pitching practice!. My shoulder hurts really bad but it kinda clicks when I turn it!. My mom wants me to go to the doctor I just dont know what to do cause I want to get better PLEASE TELL MEWww@Answer-Health@Com

If there's no clear injury, it is pretty unlikely that you broke anything given that you probably don't have any other risk factors like osteoporosis!. And if it's not broken, there's not much a doctor's going to be able to do!. Ice and heat, take ibuprofen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ice your shoulder after practices if you are a pitcher, it helps your shoulder heal at a better rate!. Also use icy/hot on your sore spots to relieve pain!. Other than that time is the only thing gonna help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
