There is a definite relationship between our core body temperature and our feelings of lethargy or energy!. When the body is warm, we feel wide awake!. When the body is cool, feeling of tiredness and sleepiness prevail

To help you sleep try massage therapy or just take a hot bath and have someone massage you or rub some oils into your body!. Some people try acupuncture or just relaxing before you go to bed!. I know a friend of my reads and then slowly gets tired and falls asleep!. She always has the same time to go to bed and sleeps in a noise proof room!. If you are looking for a sleep tip related to body temperature, it is best to lower the room temperature slightly just before bed!. Sleeping in a cold room makes the body more comfortable to sleep!.
