Question: Ochh my shoulder hurts really really bad!!!!?
ok well most of the night when i tryed to turn it hurt alot! and now thismorning it is killing me when i turn it and move it!even making breakfast i couldent push down the toaster! and on a skale 1 to 10 it hurts about an 8!. i didnt do anything that day or night!
so why is it like that and how to fix it!?!?

I've been having the same problem!! i was thinking I must have slept on it wrong or something but it's hurt for like a week! I was looking it up and really, unless you want to pay for a doctor's visit!.!.!.which may not even be worth going to, you just need ibuprofen and put some ice on it!. Mine has gotten a little better and I've been trying to be more conscious of how i'm using it everyday cause for the life of me i couldn't figure out what i did to it!.!.!. i've realized i lean on my elbow on that side a lot so that's probably part of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well when I hurt something as a kid my mum got a sock filled it have way with plan white rice then tide the sock and put it in the microwave 4 like 25-30 secants and then put it where it hurt and it worked every time and when the heat goes away just heat it up Egan =D im sorry for your u but good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
