Question: Umm, Help!? Smoking problem!?
Ok, so i don't smoke, my parents do!. They try to hide it from me and my sister, but the room always smells like cigarette smoke, and i found a note from my sister saying that she knows too!. i probably wasn;t supposed to read that!.!.!.But I know they smoke, but they don't know that i know!.!.!.!.What should i do,I don't want them to die early!. I have been throwing away all the lighters in my house, and the packages!. THXWww@Answer-Health@Com

Wile E is on to something there!. Threatening to start smoking is a good idea!. Most parents who smoke do not want their children to follow the same path!. If empty threats don't work try lighting up in the house!. Even if you don't smoke it at all, just the smell will alert them that you have started which may make them stop!. If you continue to find lighters and cigs in either the house or car, make sure you let them know that you know!. Maybe you and your sis can go in on buying them the patch or another reputable program to help them quit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First, you are smart to not smoke!. Your parents will quit in their own time, guilt will not speed up the process!. Shaming them into giving you what they already know is the best thing for their health, won't work and sets them up for failure and you for disappointment!.
Leave it alone!. Throw away the lighters you find!. Spray the room that smells like smoke with some air fresheners, while they are around!. It would clue them into the fact that you notice something and could give them the courage to do something before you "find out"!.

maybe you should print off articles of what smoking actually does to the human body!. if they see pictures of the real thing, maybe that will scare them away from the deadly sticks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
