Question: Confused about temperatures!.!.!.!.!.!?
Ok so this question is for a adult temperature!.
I have heard for a Rectal thermometer reading you take away a degree!? So a temperature of 37!.3 would be, 36!.3 degrees!.!.!.!.
And, I have heard that for an Underarm thermometer reading, you add a degree!? So a temperature of 36!.5 would be, 37!.5 degrees!.!.!.!.
Is any of these true about adding/subtracting degrees!?!? And or any of these temperatures I just mentioned, a high temperature!?
Many thanks :)

I have never heard that I ever before!. Why would you add or subtract a degree!. It doesn't make sense and is just idiocy!. A high temperature is anything over 37!.0!. This is what is meant to be core body temperature but bodies usually are 36!.!? not 37Www@Answer-Health@Com
