What is the difference between a bone bruise and a bruised toe?!
Question: What is the difference between a bone bruise and a bruised toe!?
Yesterday I stubbed my toe(ouch and it really hurt) but today I only see a light bruise and if I move it, it slightly hurts!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had both!.!. and both hurt!.!.
but a bruised toe is much worse!.!. almost feels as if the toe is broke!.!.
a regular bruise breaks the blood vessels on top of the bone!.!.
where as a bruised bone is !.!. very deep !.!. all the way to the bone!.!.

A standard, regular bruise is a damage to the soft tissue!. The discoloration that you see if the breaking of blood vessels!.
A bone bruise is a much deeper bruise as the damage has to effect not only the top tissue (muscle), but also the cartilage that is your bone!.
In either case, ice for the first 24 hours, then warm packs to move the blood through the area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
