Get a bowl of cold water and put your face in it!. Just soak your face, it'll make the tape less sticky!. Then, it should come off with a little elbow grease!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a cotton (large one) dip it in water and wet the tape!.!.!. this should loosen the stick if not helpful, try oil instead of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
