My doctor put stitches underneath my eye..Will it cause scarring?!
Question: My doctor put stitches underneath my eye!.!.Will it cause scarring!?
I went to my eye doctor and they found out that my bottom eye lash lid folds inward, which causes my bottom eye lashes to scrape and scratch my eye!. He put stitches in the bottom of my eye so that my lash line folds outward, i have to keep them in there til they dissolve & I have a crease underneathe each eye now!.!.!. Do you think the stitches will cause permanent scarring!? or permanent creases!? He didnt cut anything open!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NOOOOOO!!! I didn't have the exact same surgery, but I had to have a tiny piece taken out of my lower lash line!. When I got home and saw the stitches I almost had a heart attack!. I was crying and all upset because I thought there would be terrible scarring!. When I did get the stitches out, either a week or two later, you could NOT tell anything had been done at all!. I am so pleased! Don't worry, I am sure you will look fabulous!Www@Answer-Health@Com
