Question: I got twelve hours of sleep, but I woke up, and it felt like I was awake all night!!?

An average human adult needs between 6-8 hours of sleep per night, so you'll probably find that 12 was too much, sometimes you need the extra, but it sounds as though this time you didn't need it!.
My theory on sleep is that if your body needs it it'll take it, so set aside a day where you can sleep in if need be, or have a nap during the afternoon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
