How can I get rid of a kink in my neck?!
Question: How can I get rid of a kink in my neck!?
Since i woke up the morning i had this severe pain in my neck!. When i turn my head to the right the pain is almost unbearable, on top of that, my head is stuck sideways!.
So far i have taken ibuprofen (advil) and i have been trying to move my head in circular motions!.!.!.The pain is so bad, that i feel like crying! Oh, and im 25 years old!. So my grown behind is about to be crying like a baby! Please help!.
BTW!.!.!.its to late to go see a doctor, and i do not want to check into the emergency room!.!.!.Its a $100 co payment!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put like a warm wash cloth behind your head!. or call the pharmacy!. the best thing that you can do is go to emergency, i know the bill is high, but there maybe a problem with your neck!. but dont worry!. the same thing happened to my mom!. it was nothing serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
