I'm not sure what you mean by Stone bruise, but Advil is an anti-inflammatory!. When you reduce the swelling, it helps relieve the pain!. Personally, and this is just me, Tylenol doesn't work for me, but it is said to be one of the best and safest over the counter pain relievers!. If you can take Tylenol and have it work for you, I would suggest you do it!. Otherwise, take Advil for the inflammation and see if it doesn't help your discomfort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
