Does more sleep make you sleepier?!


Question: Does more sleep make you sleepier!?
Okay I usually don't get enough sleep!.!.!.probably about 4-5 hours every night!. Also, when I get the usual 4-5 hours I am really energetic the whole say!. But last night I went to bed early and I got about 7 hours!. When I got to first period, i could barely keep my eyes open!. Why is this!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, when you get more sleep than your body is either used to or needs than you'll feel sluggish the next day!. My opinion on this would be because your body is used to having x amount of energy and rest to do x amount of things on a day to day basis!. When you have too much rest without adding more energy the body responds by wanting to start to slow down again until it gets more energy!.It's kind of like a car!. When you have $10!.00 to put in the gas tank then you can only go so far until you need to refuel!. If you overfill the tank it doesn't necessarily mean that you will get better gas mileage does it!? Quite the opposite, you'll end up losing money from overfilling the tank!.It might sound weird but it's true!. I hope this explains it somewhat!.
BTW- If you burn more of your energy during the day doing more then you're used to then more sleep is usually needed!. Another case would be if your sick because the body needs to burn more to fight it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur body isnt used to all the sleep and is deprived from it!. when you go to sleep you need atleast 7 hours asleep in order to go into a certain stage of sleep (forget what its called) in order for your body to actually rest, grow, and restore itself!. When you get that part of sleep after a long time without it it basically takes a longer time to restore yourself!. so you most likely hit that stage but woke up before your body was finished "fixing" urselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

it is probably because your body is not used to all that sleep
and it wants more
so just try to get a little more sleep every night that should even it off

It's cause your body was so used to it's regular sleeping pattern, that when you went to bed earlier it screwed your body up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
