Answers:
there are many causes like the previous answer stress is a big cause!. others are caffeine, cheese, alcohol, eye strain, high blood pressure, trauma, clenching of teeth, loud noise, chemicals, high altitudes, air pollution!. The way a few of them work is pressure/stain on nerves or muscles, and inflammation of the vessels!. The effects very from person to person some have a higher pain threshold than others!. In medicine the brain is considered one of the last great frontiers, because we don't really know a bunch about it and how it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Headaches are usually triggered by changes in the pressure (dilation) of blood vessels in the head!. Things like stress, sudden strong emotions, shock, etc!. contribute to these changes!. As well as, allergies, sinus conditions, and it can be a side effect of many medications!. In cases of extreme high blood pressure these can be a warning that should not be ignored!. Be sure to mention to your doctor about persistant/recurrent headaches!. Migraine headaches are especially painful & are usually accompanied by other symptoms like sensitivity to sound & light!. These headaches tend to run in families & can be quite debilitating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of people say stress causes headaches!. The truth is, doctors don't know much about headaches!. They are still clueless to where the pain radiates from and why we feel pain at all!. Especially this spring many people are having sinus pressure headaches, which are caused by clogged up sinus cavities due to allergies!. -JessWww@Answer-Health@Com
