Question: Hips out of place!? numbness and pain!!?
i hurt me knees r bugging me so much kinda my whole legs and lower back and i go numb so often a sit down cross legged and my feet go numb within 5 minutes, same with wen cross my legs my leg goes numb, and last night a spot on my back did it feels so so funny and wierd and sux help wats wrong and wat can i do!. iv been getting headaches alot and abdomin painWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a pinched nerve or something along those lines!. You may want to try going to a chiropractor!. I have a lot of the same symptoms!. Mine are caused by bulging discs pressing on nerves in my lower back!. You may want to try taking some ibuprofen or another anti-inflammatory!. If this does not go away in the next few days, you should try to get in with your regular doctor or even go to the emergency room!. Hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's a good indication when you say crossing your knees brings numbness, that you have a nerve problem in your lower back!. To relieve this, don't cross your knees, try and start sitting up right and keep your knees straight!. At night when sleeping keep a small pillow between your knees to relieve the pressure on your spine!.
Eventually your going to have to see a orthopedic surgeon to see what can be done to relieve the pain from this!. You can try ice packs, but, if it continues then you have a real problem that you should attend to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i think u have a bone spazem meaning that your bones are very fragile!. it could be the caused of tight muscles!. it could also be the way u sleep at night!.!. Now the headaches is a different situation!. probably while you are having all that pain through your body, it hurts to the point when u cant take the pain no more and if u say that your legs gets numb , well i think you really dont have that much of sleep because of the pain!.
