Plan to spend about an hour at the facility (or longer if you are going to a hospital)!. Wear loose comfortable clothing and remember to remove all metal items (rings, phones, keys, etc)!. For knee MRIs you'll probably go up to your hip into the machine!. The actual scan is between 30 and 45 minutes if you are not getting an IV injection of contrast dye!. If you are, then add an extra 15 minutes!.

Takes like 45 minutes!. You have to be completely still!.!.!.harder than it sounds! Make sure and get comfy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
