Where Is Pain Coming From In Back? Is My Scapula? Please Help!?!

I havent injury myself, yesterday i woke and went to school, still no problem, starting working on my college project, next thing i do is stand up and move around a little bit, then a sharp pain in the right upper side of my back!. i feel like is coming from scapula area, there isnt anything else over there on that side every time i move around the right side of me it hurts
